Nonwoven filter

Nonwoven technology compared with traditional weaving technology, has the advantages of simple process flow, production speed, yield and high productivity, low cost, wide range of sources available, easy to change, can process more varieties of products and other advantages, in recent years the sales growth soon.

Non woven fabrics can be divided into Spunlaced non woven and needled non woven fabrics according to the processing methods. Spunlacing was high pressure produced by multiple water jet fiber network, fiber in different directions with water jet hydraulic action, displacement, alternation, entanglement and hold together, so that the fiber web is reinforced; acupuncture is with barbed needle puncture mechanical fiber thus, the web consolidated. The fiber in the spunlaced nonwovens fiber mesh is a flexible winding structure, and the needling non woven fabric is a rigid winding structure. Water spunlace, wastewater treatment can be recycled, but also to add 5% clean water. At present, most of the non-woven filter materials used in bag filter are needled felt.

Weaving filter

Weave filter material is more used in weaving filter, in addition, the filter material of knitted fabric, three - direction fabric filter material and braided fabric filter material are also used. Woven fabric filter is made of weft yarn combined with twisting and twisting. As the warp and weft yarns are twisted, the density of the yarn itself and the interlacing point is larger, and the filter can only pass through the gap between the warp and the weft lines. The porosity of the general woven filter material is only 30% to 40%, and it is straight through.

Compared with the nonwoven filter material, the weaving filter has a better dimension stability and is suitable for making large diameter and long filter bags. The use of weaving filter can be made with greater strength, material can withstand greater pressure, easy to form flat and smooth surface or thin soft fabric, is conducive to the bag cleaning, and easy to adjust the tightness of fabric, can be made into loose material, also can be made into a highly compact filter.

Composite filter material

In order to give full play to material characteristics and foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, two or more than two kinds of materials with special characteristics can be processed into a filter material, which is called composite filter material. In view of the different forms of the material used in the composite filter material, it can be divided into two kinds: material compound and structure compound.

Material composite is a composite method of weaving or nonwoven filter material produced by two or more kinds of materials, which are woven or nonwoven. If a part of high temperature resistant short synthetic fiber is mixed with glass short fiber, the glass fiber composite felt made of glass fiber base cloth is made of non-woven technology and web. The addition of synthetic fibers increased the entanglement strength of fibers and the bonding strength between felt and base cloth, increased the density of needle felt and improved the filtration performance of needle felt. However, if the temperature resistance of the added synthetic fiber is low, the overall temperature resistance of the needled felt filter material will be reduced. According to the difference of high-temperature resistant synthetic fibers, the needle punched felt can be divided into P84 glass fiber composite needle felt, PTFE glass fiber composite needle felt and Nomex glass fiber composite needle felt.
