How to distinguish the material of superfine fiber cloth and non-woven cloth
With the continuous improvement of the quality of life, superfine fiber cloth has become an indispensable part of daily necessities, so how do we distinguish it from non-woven fabric? In fact, the method is very simple, we can distinguish cloth according to the following characteristics.
Characteristics of superfine fiber cloth:
1. It feels soft and light.
2. If the super fiber cloth is pasted on the ordinary cloth clothes, when the clothes are vertical, the super fiber is still pasted on the clothes, which means that the fiber size is fine enough and it is super fiber cloth.
3. When the true microfiber is kneaded into a ball, it unfolds slowly, while the false microfiber unfolds rapidly.
Characteristics of non-woven fabric:
1. Pay attention to whether the light transmission performance of cloth surface is consistent (this is an important and simple method to judge the uniformity of cloth surface). Then spread it on the flat ground. For products with good uniformity, there should be no undulation on the cloth surface.
2. Observe whether the cloth is glossy. Is there any fiber floating on the surface? If there is no luster or a lot of floss, it is mostly produced with recycled materials. Tear a piece of cloth and burn it completely with fire. Observe the burning residue. Good products have less residue and are flat. The residue is produced by secondary materials. There are many tiny particles of dust in the residue.
Now there are more and more kinds of superfine fiber cloth on the market, you may as well use the above methods to distinguish.
