Carbon neutralization and carbon peak reaching target bring deep impact and change to new energy products manufacturing and construction enterprises.

First, let the enterprise re-understand itself. Under the dual carbon target, new energy, especially photovoltaic, will be the main power source, and the industry and enterprise will have bright prospects.

Second, the enterprise has a great responsibility. How can photovoltaic be the main power source in the future to support the construction of new power system better? How to play the role of photovoltaic enterprises on the power generation side and consumption side? These are all the problems that need to be considered.

Third, change the angle of thinking. In the past, more from the power generation side, we have thought about how to improve the proportion of clean energy. The dual carbon goal requires us to think more about the problem from the perspective of "carbon", and help different regions and industries realize decarbonization. This is an opportunity and a challenge.

We will develop solutions that are suitable for the region and the industry according to the regional and industrial characteristics. For example, for different resource endowment in different regions, and different power and energy composition structure, photovoltaic environmental governance and ecological restoration solutions are promoted according to local conditions. Combined with the production processes of other industries such as mining and chemical industry, they can find better decarbonization schemes.

The goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization brings double significance to the energy industry. First, the significance of transformation is to transform from traditional energy to new energy, from high carbon energy to low-carbon energy and green energy. Second, it is the leading role. The dual carbon goal proposed by China will lead the development of green energy in the world, which is of great significance to the construction of a community of shared human destiny.

At present, the development of technology and equipment in China's new energy industry is in advanced or even leading level. In 2020, the proportion of new energy to primary energy consumption will reach 15%, and it is expected to be higher than 20% by 2030. Next, we should make a good schedule and roadmap, and firmly promote the double carbon target.

But at the same time, new energy power has volatility and instability, low carbon is a test for grid consumption. GCL is also trying to participate in the construction of new power grid and construction demonstration projects, and do "source network load storage", so that the new energy consumption is more than 50%. In the aspect of coal power depth adjustment and transformation, the original adjustment range is 50% - 100%, now it can reach 30%, and the deeper regulation can reach 20%. In addition to the development of energy storage technology, the problem of new energy consumption will be gradually solved.

Opportunities and challenges coexist in the new energy industry. The new energy industry in China is born and grown by private enterprises. Although the average volume of the project is small, it is "small and many", and the main force is to gather sand to become a tower. Carbon peak, carbon neutralization target is a new topic for us. We are constantly exploring in this "big test", and double carbon goals also give birth to a good opportunity.

At present, all industries have embarked on the implementation of the double carbon goal, we can not ignore high-quality development. For example, the photovoltaic market is in full swing, but the total installed volume accounts for less than 5% of the market stock, the total market share of industrial and commercial roof distributed photovoltaic projects is less than 1%, and the development potential is huge. The project cannot be forced to intervene by administrative means, but it should be upgraded and reconstructed from the production and consumption side at the same time. In this regard, we need to fully combine production, education, research and research from market, society, education, finance and society, give full play to the initiative in all directions, mobilize more prospective and innovative private enterprises, and help achieve the goals of carbon peak and carbon neutralization as soon as possible.

Xixian new area is the Seventh National New Area approved by the State Council, and the first national new area with the theme of innovation city development. At the beginning of 2014, the local haze weather occurred frequently. After exploring different clean heating technologies, it was finally determined whether the geothermal energy in the middle and deep layers interferes with the clean heating technology. Starting from 50000 square meters of heating, it has expanded to more than 1.5 million square meters of building cooling and heating in 2019. It is expected that by the end of this year, clean heating area of 20million square meters will be provided, and the carbon dioxide emission will be reduced by 840000 tons. No groundwater is extracted from the whole process, no one ton of coal or one side of gas is burned.

The technology of medium and deep geothermal energy without interference has been commercialized successfully. At present, it has more than 30 patents. Compared with the fourth generation heating cleaning technology in northern Europe, the technology efficiency is better than that of northern Europe. Under the carbon peak and carbon neutralization goals, we will continue to refine comprehensive services through technology research and development. With the deepening of technology, new energy can also embrace traditional energy.

The recovery and utilization of the residual heat in the deep plough mines in Wenlong and the United States solves the rigid demand while excavating coal without burning coal. The technology of waste heat recovery and utilization of bath wastewater can solve the problem of water supply of coal fired boiler in the bathhouse of mining area. At the same time, the widely existing and almost "waste" exhaust air in the mine is transformed into a potential clean waste heat resource, which is used for anti freezing and domestic heating at the wellhead, thus realizing the replacement of traditional energy, and the effect of carbon emission reduction is remarkable. As an enterprise, we will implement the concept of energy saving and low carbon, and use technology innovation to help China achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutralization.
